Is my data secure: who handles it
1. Who your data belongs to
Everything your team puts into the workspace, including the email it captures, belongs to your business. We handle it only on your business's instructions, under our agreement with it. We do not sell personal data.
2. AI and your data
We do not train or fine-tune any AI model on your data, and we choose only AI providers that do not train or fine-tune on it either.
3. Who else handles it
Our service providers work for us under contract and on our instructions, only to run PetalCRM: hosting and database, AI model, email delivery, network and analytics, in the EU, the United States and elsewhere. Transfers outside the EU and the UK are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
