What happens when we add a second person?
Your first seat stays free. You add a card and pay for the second seat and each seat after it: $39 a seat a month billed annually, or $49 billed monthly.
Is the AI included on the free plan?
Yes. Every AI feature works on every seat, with no credits to buy. We may apply fair AI usage on free workspaces. There are no limitations on AI usage until further notice.
Do bigger teams get more features?
No. A team of one and a team of 50 use the same product.
Can the price change?
We'll tell you 30 days before any price change. A new price only applies from your next renewal after those 30 days.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel any time, and you won't be charged again. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and a yearly plan to the end of the year you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Payments aren't refunded. The one exception: if we end your plan or stop the service before the end of a period you've paid for, we refund the unused part.
Who handles payment?
Polar sells our paid plans as the merchant of record. It handles payment, invoices, refunds and cancellations.
