Their workspace address is https://.petalcrm.ai. 1. In Administration, under Connected AI tools, an owner or admin turns AI tools on. 2. In their AI tool, they add a custom connector with https://.petalcrm.ai/mcp. In Claude: Customize, Connectors, Add custom connector. 3. A PetalCRM page opens. They check the tool's name and press Allow. They create an API key in Administration, API and webhooks, choosing Read only or Read and change, and give it to you. A key that can change records changes them at once, so ask first.
